Delivery and Returns Policy

DELIVERY

Postage is a flat rate of £2.99 and books will be sent either by royal mail tracked or by courier. SO SORRY – AT THE MOMENT DELIVERY IS TO THE UK ONLY…

There is no postage charge for ‘Fish & Chips’ which will be sent by royal mail first class post.

 

WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?

We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if you are not you can return any item within fourteen days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

PLEASE NOTE, SIGNED COPIES AND PERSONALIZED COPIES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

The refund will be made to the card which was used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges.

You have a right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving your purchase. This seven day period begins the day after you receive the items from us. Please notify us in writing within seven working days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s) and we will be happy to offer you a full refund excluding any delivery charge.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please first send an email to freya@freyanorth.com stating your order number, what you are returning and why. We will then send you a reply email with a return form for you to print out, complete and enclose within the returning parcel.

Make sure your items are securely wrapped and suitable for posting, then send your return to:

Before returning any undamaged or non-faulty items to us, we do ask that they are in the same condition as when you first bought them. Please include original packaging where possible.

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend royal mail TRACKED as items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DEAL WITH MY RETURN?

Once your parcel has been received, it can take up to 14 working days to fulfil your request. Returns are dealt with in the order in which they are received.

When we have dealt with your return we will confirm this to you by email. Please remember that it can take five to ten days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement.

If, after sending your return to us, you have not received our email confirmation within 14 working days, please contact us straight away at freya@freyanorth.com so we can investigate.
